DELIVERY MODE

Shopping with us online from anywhere in the world is fun, easy and secure. Our checkout process uses latest technology to encrypt all of your billing and payment information.

We ship fabrics to almost all the countries around the world.

We utilize our local couriers for deliveries within Lagos and DHL for deliveries outside Lagos and Nigeria.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery fees will depend on the weight of the item as well as the distance. Contact our customer support team to find out delivery fees for your location. The shipping cost does not include any taxes, duties and/or custom fees imposed by the destination country. Please read our terms and conditions regarding international orders.

DELIVERY POLICY

STANDARD DELIVERY

MONDAY – FRIDAY (APPROXIMATELY 1-2 WORKING DAYS) FOR DELIVERIES WITHIN LAGOS.

MONDAY – FRIDAY (APPROXIMATELY 3-4 WORKING DAYS) FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE LAGOS WITHIN NIGERIA.

SAME DAY/ NEXT DAY DELIVERY

MONDAY – FRIDAY (APPROXIMATELY 1-2 WORKING DAYS) FOR DELIVERIES WITHIN LAGOS.

If you are under a serious time crunch and require same day or next day shipping, kindly call customer service at +2348033250131 and request/confirm if same is possible. Please note that this service will only be available for deliveries within Lagos, Nigeria.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

MONDAY – FRIDAY – 9:00AM – 6:00PM.

You will get notifications from our courier before deliveries. 

We try as much as possible to process your international orders immediately and deliver within the estimated time, however, we have no control over any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

 

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

MONDAY – FRIDAY – 9:00AM – 6:00PM.

Any orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.You will get notifications from our courier before deliveries.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

At Glitz allure, we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. However, all purchases are final. Fabrics purchased in good condition cannot be returned or refunded. We do not offer returns or refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind once fabric has been cut.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are permissible if fabric is received in damaged condition or in the unlikely event that we have sent the wrong fabric.

If the exchange is a result of our error, we will replace the fabric at no charge and bear the shipping costs to return the item. If we are unable to do this due to the product being unavailable, we will refund both the fabric cost and the shipping fee.

 

All claims on damaged items must be made within 7 days of purchase and proof of purchase must be provided. To make a claim please email us at order@glitzallurefabrics.com.
